My name is Gena and I've just received my hcg and I'm excited. I've chosen to start my journey on Thanksgiving Day, so I can eat without guilt on Thanksgiving and the day after. I'm 213, 42yrs old and I hope this works for me. I'm new to blogging but I will track my progress and maybe inspire someone as others have inspired me.
Hey Miss Jazzy, Well I did better than I thought I would, I did eat one piece of pound cake. I gained almost 4 pounds, not from eating but I had to take pain pills and muscle relaxers for four days. Baltimore still had most of its 21 inches of snow and I slid the first day I was there and fell Christmas eve. My back was hurting so bad I didn't want to eat. I'm just glad to be back in NC. Didn't take medication today just applied heat and took it easy. Hope by tomorrow I will back to my normal weight. We did go out to eat and one of my friends son was the chef, he was expecting us and prepared my meal perfectly. I did have to return a few gifts, to big. I love it. I did receive a lot of compliments which made me happy. My husband is going to start after the new year. This was easier than I thought it would be :-)
You are so close to being done with this round! It seems like yesterday that you started - but I'd bet it doesn't feel that way to you :-) Soon you'll be in P3 and I'll be in my next P2 round! You're doing great Gena, you should be proud. I'm proud for you!
Edith, Great to have you back and I'm so sorry you fell. Other than that, it sounds like you had a great time. It's great when others notice your losses, isn't it? That's funny about your husband starting, my husband has been asking me for details also, he says he needs to lose 20.Glad your back!
Yep Christy, almost done and surprisingly, it went by kinda fast. I appreciate your posts , the ups, the downs, the support...you have about 2 weeks left and your maintaining beautifully - YOU GO Girl!
