  1. Woo hoooo!!!! Congrats and WAY TO GOOOOO!!!

  2. Get out of town! -3!!!! Fantastic- whatever you did yesterday, was magic!

  3. I did a high protein day which consisted of
    whey protein drink from walmart for breakfast and lunch - 52g combined very filling
    an apple
    atkins shake
    a couple of bites of steak and collards - for added protein
    ended the night with the jar of peanut butter and a spoon. I thought for sure the peanut butter did me in and dreaded my weigh in...only to be pleasantly surprised...shocked!
    I did another high protein day with drinks and a shake today at work but ate dinner when I came home just to be safe.
