weighed in at 191.2 this am. Yea!!! getting closer. I had my smooth move the day before yesterday and I've been having chocolate jay robb shakes for dinner all week. Last night I had my shake and an apple and a cup of cocoa before bed. Oh and I had a couple of mac nuts while trying to get the blender to work. Lunch was my chicken breast and cucumbers. All in all, a good day. I'm starting to feel better now. Thank you guys!
