weighed in at 196.4 this am. I didn't do so bad introducing carbs back into my diet, except that I added them everyday. Once I started I wanted more. Friday I ate cookies and brownies at a work function. Had pizza that night. Went out for dinner on Saturday for Valentines day and had dessert and drinks and here I am.
My 1st loading day s/b Feb 23, however, since I feel like I've been loading and I have my hcg, I may as well start r2, I've been looking forward to it anyway. I've read where some start another round after p3 and don't even do p4. So I'm trying it. Also, I feel like I won't have to gorge so much since I've been eating since Friday. I had pancakes for breakfast - a treat from my daughter and grilled cheese so far. But I'm not really hungry.

Enjoy those loading days :) yum but o the miserable feeling lol. Just think at how much you will lose the first week. Good times!
