p3d13 - up 1

weighed in at 191.8. I know it was the Mug cake. The mug cake was soooooo good. Had several helpings of collard greens and steak yesterday, an apple and 2 protein shakes. Then it was mug cake for desert. I see I can eat that everyday.

Doing high protein today. Atkins shakes during the day Breakfast, and lunch, and maybe I'll eat my steak for dinner or go with shake and apple and cheese.

    Your protein day should get rid of the extra weight, and you'll be back on track in no time!
