p3d22 - up a few
weighed in at 193.0 this am. 1.4 over ldw. I had oatmeal on Sunday, Mac and cheese w/whole wheat pasta on Monday.mmm.mm. good! I don't plan to add them back to my diet on a regular basis, but I like the fact that I can have them occasionally. Actually, I'm already envisioning r2. Feb 23rd...it will be here before you know it. Then it'll be chicken, chicken, and more chicken. I'm going to enjoy p4 and work really hard to maintain.
