weighed in at 192.8 this am. I would need to get a calendar to determine exactly what vlcd this is but this is my 39th dose day. I don't count the days I skipped my dose of course. I'm going to carry on for 1 additional week and whatever weight I am I will be happy. P3 mindset- No sugars and starches. Be careful of cheese. Eat liberally of protein and fats. I need to read P&I again.

ReplyDeleteI learned something from my last round, that may help you going into P3. I had such a terrible reaction to adding fats back into my diet-- I mean terrible! I had to start taking acidophilus pearls- 3X/day, to stop my reaction. I swore then, that my next P3, I would start taking the acidophilus pearls one week before I started P3, to prepare my system for the fats. I got them at my grocery store; they had them in the 'Whole Foods' section they've started. If your grocery store doesn't have that type of section, just go to Whole Foods or any vitamin store, like GNC, and I'm sure they will have them there. It really helped me!
