weighed in at 190 this am.

meals yesterday:
2 flaxseed oil capsules
1 atkins strawberry shake

lunch - instead of my steak, grabbed wrong container and brought collards instead :0(
1/2 apple
collard greens w/salt pork
4 macadamias
diet coke

Dinner
Pork steak 1 1/2

evening snack
macadamias
tea w/lemon
