down 1.2

weighed in at 190.2 this am and you know what, I was eating macadamia's last night. A couple times during the week I may have 1 or 2 while I'm fixing dinner or when I need a satisfying little snack after eating all of my meals, but last night I maybe had about 14? I was thinking that I was eating too many of them. Then the nice loss this am. I don't know if the nuts had anything to do with it, but I'm just saying!

  1. Have you ever done the Chocolate delight that a vlogger on youtube put out? Its with cocoa, coconut oil and sweetner. You can also put mac nuts on it. Just wondered since the nuts seemed to have helped you!
