p3d4 - up .2

weighed 190.2 this am. Having eggs w/cheese for breakfast this am.

Ate cheese after work yesterday when I realized that I could. 3 slices.

breakfast - atkins shake

snack - apple

lunch - tomato soup/ 5 mac nuts/diet pepsi

snack - cheese

dinner - pork steak 1 1/2.

tea/w lemon and mac nuts

I need more veggies in my life. I'm going to start making my chicken soup next week - don't have to worry about my 3 veggie servings a day when I have it. I'm trying to add foods in slowly.
