11/25/2009 My name is Gena and I've just received my hcg and I'm excited. I've chosen to start my journey on Thanksgiving Day, so I can eat without guilt on Thanksgiving and the day after. I'm 213, 42yrs old and I hope this works for me. I'm new to blogging but I will track my progress and maybe inspire someone as others have inspired me.

down 2.4
weighed in at 194 this am. I've been strictly on protocol after a time of just craving carbs. I felt that my body had had enough of this protocol, but once I stuck to protocol, the weight started just coming off again. Since my last post, I had actually went up to 198.8...but it's going down consistently now and the 200 iu (3 doses of .8) is definitely working for me. I'm going to to take it an extra week to see if I can achieve 188, if not, I'll stop at whatever weight and move to p3. Happy losing!

That's so awesome! Congratulations! I've been up and down the scale with the dosage so I'm feeling ya!
ReplyDeleteI hope you make your goal but either way you've lost 25 lbs! Yes!!
Great losing1
GO JAZZY, GO JAZZY, YOU CAN DO IT, YOU CAN DO IT. Ok I just finished cheering you on. I am doing good, it feels so good to have a real salad. Wednesday I fixed some grill chicken, made a large salad and cut up the chicken in the salad. Girl let me tell you it was so good that I kept tapping my feet on the floor. My husband kept getting up thinking he heard someone tapping on the kitchen door. DUH! We have a door bell :-) That is a habit I have when something really taste good (tapping my foot on the floor) You will reach that goal, remember I didn't think I was going to make it but I did.
ReplyDeleteThanks Nikki, we can do this! Also I updated my ticker, actually it's 27.5 and I am pleased no matter what happens just like you said. Thanks for the encouragement Nikki.:)
ReplyDeleteHeyy Edith! So glad you're enjoying your p3 meals. I can't wait; can only take another week. I am sooo very proud of you and happy for you! Enjoy!:)
