p3d9 -- Get this....down .6

Back down to ldw...weighed in at 189.6.I can't believe this. Here's what I ate yesterday.

Breakfast - Super Advance whey protein from walmart
2 scoops - 240 calories, 4.5 grams fat, 8 grams carbs, 52 grams of protein

I bought an apple, about 8 -10 cheese cubes, and about 6-7 mac nuts and snacked on them all day until about 3:15 when I ate 1/2 a piece of steak (pork)

Dinner - 1 very lean pork steak. I was sooo full.

Cocoa crack - not very much. Also drank about 4 cups of tea w/lemon

I was feeling full. Like I shouldn't have eaten that whole steak. It was really lean. Then had about 2 more pieces of cocoa.

I just never expected to lose anything the way I felt. Go figure!
