weighed in at 189.6. Not taking dose today, so this is my ldw. Happy to say that I was so busy hosting that I had no time to think about the food being served at the baby shower yesterday. Didn't have any cake and the fam seems to be eating up quickly; it should be gone today. I have a dr. appt in the am, anxious to see what his scale reads. Oh and my size 14's are roomy. I just find that interesting. Anyhow I'm looking forward to p3 and using lotion. I plan on toning up during p3, utilizing protein shakes for breakfast , continuing to eat apples and to have pork steak Wed.
