weigh in 205 -my meals were the same as the day before - minus the noodles

Vlcd 3 - down 4lb
weigh in 201 - same meals - going shopping this weekend because I've eaten the last can of spinach and have no other veggies which are allowed - oh I ate macadamia's.

vlcd 4 - down 1.5lb

weigh in 199.5 - had chicken and tomato soup for lunch 1 apple mid morning, stopped at the store on the way home and bought a bag of broccoli - the kind you steam in the microwave and ate most of the bag for dinner. None of my proteins were thawed and i was satisfied. I know this is a no-no, but I didn't get all of my protein in for the day. I've purchased sugar free worthers because I get cravings - cravings which are in my head.

Here I go ---again!

Where my fellow losers at?! I'm back for another round starting tomorrow. I'm currently in florida due back tomorrow and my hhcg should be waiting for me. Eating habits have been off the chain, so there'll be no need to load for me. Last I checked I was a whopping 206 and I'm scared to get on the scale. Tomorrow is the day though, I'm so ready to start, that I was planning to start mid day as opposed to in the am. We will see.

R2P2d8 -2.6

weighed in at 191.2 this am. Yea!!! getting closer. I had my smooth move the day before yesterday and I've been having chocolate jay robb shakes for dinner all week. Last night I had my shake and an apple and a cup of cocoa before bed. Oh and I had a couple of mac nuts while trying to get the blender to work. Lunch was my chicken breast and cucumbers. All in all, a good day. I'm starting to feel better now. Thank you guys!

weighed in at 193.8 this am. Well at least the scale is moving in the right direction. Honestly, I will truly be satisfied once I hit 190, then the new territory begins. For the past 2 days, I've had Jay robb shakes for dinner, with my cuc's. I'm having another tonight.

r2p2d 5 & 6 -1

weighed in at 194.8 this am.

I've been really busy and bummed because I've gained all that weight during load. I guess I won't feel better until I reach 190. Then the "real" loss begins.

I've been sticking strictly to protocol. Chicken , cucumbers and tomato soup. Except for Sunday I made hot cocoa from Cocoa powder and the tomato soup wasn't my norm...it was seasoned, so I'm staying away from both. I'm doing a jay robb shake tonight for dinner.

R2p1d1 - up 4.6

201 this am! I could barely type this. ughhhhhh! If I have learned one thing is that carbs definately puts the weight on me. Even though in R1 I lost the load weight in 2 days, I'm trying not to put on 7lbs loading like I did in R1... but it looks like I'm on my way there.

Happy day to you! ( I feel fat!) Bleh!!! I have on my fat suit today! bleh!!! The up side is that my fat suit is a suit I couldn't fit for years.

R2... and I'm loading

weighed in at 196.4 this am. I didn't do so bad introducing carbs back into my diet, except that I added them everyday. Once I started I wanted more. Friday I ate cookies and brownies at a work function. Had pizza that night. Went out for dinner on Saturday for Valentines day and had dessert and drinks and here I am.

My 1st loading day s/b Feb 23, however, since I feel like I've been loading and I have my hcg, I may as well start r2, I've been looking forward to it anyway. I've read where some start another round after p3 and don't even do p4. So I'm trying it. Also, I feel like I won't have to gorge so much since I've been eating since Friday. I had pancakes for breakfast - a treat from my daughter and grilled cheese so far. But I'm not really hungry.

p3d22 - up a few

weighed in at 193.0 this am. 1.4 over ldw. I had oatmeal on Sunday, Mac and cheese w/whole wheat pasta on Monday.mmm.mm. good! I don't plan to add them back to my diet on a regular basis, but I like the fact that I can have them occasionally. Actually, I'm already envisioning r2. Feb 23rd...it will be here before you know it. Then it'll be chicken, chicken, and more chicken. I'm going to enjoy p4 and work really hard to maintain.

p3d19 - down 1

weighed in at 191.6. Steak days don't works really well for me. This is my second and each time I lost 1lb.

Tomorrow I start p4..it'll be day 21 for me. or is day 22 d1 of p4? Amyhow, I had oatmeal today for lunch. It's made with flaxeed and has no sugar.I figured one day wouldn't make a difference. We will see tommorrow. And since I did have oatmeal, there will be no peanut butter or cocoa crack. That was my treat for today and it was yummy!

p3d18 - up 2.6

weighed in at 192.6 this am. Had a very crazy day yesterday; didn't go food shopping Thursday as planned since my grandbaby was born. It snowed all day Friday and I didn't have a thing in the house that I could eat. Woke up late. Didn't eat a thing until about 5 and that was the cheese and pep off of about 4 slices of pizza. Had a angus, mushroom and swiss for dinner w/o bread of course. ate the entire lot of cocoa crack and finished off the peanut butter. Steak day today!

p3d14 - up 1

weighed in at 192.8. Snacked on peanut butter last night, knowing it's a starch. I'm laying off it...learned my lesson. Should've done a steak day yesterday but didn't feel like not eating all day long. I drank protein shakes for my meals today. I'll get it together. Let's see what happens in the morn. Bought 2 pairs of jeans yesterday and got a new hairdo :)

p3d13 - up 1

weighed in at 191.8. I know it was the Mug cake. The mug cake was soooooo good. Had several helpings of collard greens and steak yesterday, an apple and 2 protein shakes. Then it was mug cake for desert. I see I can eat that everyday.

Doing high protein today. Atkins shakes during the day Breakfast, and lunch, and maybe I'll eat my steak for dinner or go with shake and apple and cheese.

p3d12 - up .4

weighed in at 190.8. New foods yesterday included:

buttered popcorn (shared w/hubby)- went to see the Book of Eli

Sushi rolls (10) - salmon, avocado, cream cheese - I forgot they were rolled in rice...didn't eat it the rice though. The salmon on the side was also sweet...I ate it. Started to have a drink as alcohol is allowed and is my custom when I go japanese... but... really didn't want it :)

sugar free hot chocolate from books a million w/milk and whipped cream

peanut butter and cocoa crack (my version of reese's peanut butter cups)

smooth move tea at the end of the night (bleh!) gotta keep things moving

Note to self: Saturdays are the days I'll need to recover from. It was awesome to eat foods I haven't had in a while! Going to try mug cake tonite!

p3d9 -- Get this....down .6

Back down to ldw...weighed in at 189.6.I can't believe this. Here's what I ate yesterday.

Breakfast - Super Advance whey protein from walmart
2 scoops - 240 calories, 4.5 grams fat, 8 grams carbs, 52 grams of protein

I bought an apple, about 8 -10 cheese cubes, and about 6-7 mac nuts and snacked on them all day until about 3:15 when I ate 1/2 a piece of steak (pork)

Dinner - 1 very lean pork steak. I was sooo full.

Cocoa crack - not very much. Also drank about 4 cups of tea w/lemon

I was feeling full. Like I shouldn't have eaten that whole steak. It was really lean. Then had about 2 more pieces of cocoa.

I just never expected to lose anything the way I felt. Go figure!

p3d8 - down 1.8

weighed in at 190.2 this am. This calls for some cocoa crack tonite! The problem was that I needed smooth move. I haven't had any "action" since starting p3. I'm going to look for chocolate smooth move...can't stand the original...
Yesterday I ate:

breakfast - atkins shake
snack - apple & cheese cubes (6-8)
diet coke
lunch - collard greens and pork steak
snack - apple
dinner - pork steak ( didn't really want dinner but figured I'd better eat anyway to get my calories in)

I know I said I'd cook beef, but I didn't thaw it. I've found something that doesn't affect my weight, has a good balance of protein and fat. Easy to make - just season and put in the oven, and affordable. Soon...( I don't know when) I'm going to add salmon to my diet and chicken soup in order to get my veggies.

p3d7 - no change

weighed in at 192.00 and you know what??? I'm not going to stress over it. One thing I know about my body from pre - hcg experiences is that I can hold fast to one number on the scale without budging. so if I'm at 192, so be it. I'll eat clean , be happy and enjoy the new me. I've picked up a couple of good habits from p2: bringing my lunch to work and eating apples and cucmbers slices for snacks. I must pat myself on the back because my daughter baked cookies for her class last night and i didn't want not a one. yea me! cookies and cakes are my weaknesses therefore, I know not to even take the first bite.

My apple & cheese day was messed up because that morning, I couldn't decide whether to to an apple & cheese day or high protein. so I did a combo of both .

Breakfast - atkins shake
snack - sliced cucumbers
Lunch -2 apples & 2 slices of cheese
snack - atkins shake
snack - apple & 6 cheese cubes
dinner - you know it - leftover pork steak @ apple

I bought a couple of steaks last night. man they're expensive. As you can see I have no problem eating the same thing repeatedly when I find something I like. tonight I'm have beef steak and I drank smooth move last night ( I hate that stuff). I haven't had "one" in a while.

weighed in at 192. this am. Results not good. It's either because I didn't get up until around 11am and therefore didn't have a full day of fasting or it's the pork steak i used. I'm still 2.4 lbs over so today I'm trying the apple & cheese day which I hear people have had success with. I'll keep you posted.

weighed 190.2 this am. Having eggs w/cheese for breakfast this am.

Ate cheese after work yesterday when I realized that I could. 3 slices.

dinner - pork steak 1 1/2.

tea/w lemon and mac nuts

I need more veggies in my life. I'm going to start making my chicken soup next week - don't have to worry about my 3 veggie servings a day when I have it. I'm trying to add foods in slowly.

p3d3 - no movement..I think

scale keeps fluctuating between 189.8 and 190. I'll just go with the 190. This is surprising to me because of what I ate yesterday. I was sure I would be up.

2 flaxseed oil caps

lunch - angus mushroom & swiss (withiut the bread)

1 or 2 diet cokes

cooked 2 pork steaks and ate 1 1/2 myself.

I ate kind of late, I guess it was between 8 & 9. I was sure I would have a gain. Even though I didn't, I will take it easier today

P3 day 1 - up 1

Not suprising. After making my pork steak last night for lunch today, I indulged myself and I stayed up until after 2am.

It's 10am .I'm not hungry however I am sipping on my atkins advantage strawberry protein shake. I'm sipping because I feel slightly sick to my stomach. However, I know I need to get my metabolism going. The shake has 15g of protein, 1g of sugar (made with sucralose), 150 cal, and 1g net carbs. At this point, I'm not even thinking about eating lunch. I'll keep you posted.

Update on clothes: I took the 14's back and got size 12 pants. They fit so much better and I've been getting so many compliments that I'm almost embarrassed. It was strange going into the store and not having to go to the womens dept. It was also strange trying on 12's and they fit. I may have to stop buying the xl tops as well.
